Happy Easter! 🌸✨
As we welcome the season of renewal, Easter invites us to reflect on the power of new beginnings. Just like the beauty of spring’s first blooms, this time of year symbolizes rebirth, transformation, and the endless possibilities that lie ahead. It’s a season to shed the weight of the past and embrace the light of growth and renewal that comes with each new day.
Easter reminds us that, like nature’s cycles, we too have the ability to start fresh to reset, to let go of what no longer serves us, and to embrace the change that leads to personal evolution. The journey to emotional wellness, healing, and self-love may not always be easy, but just as spring comes once a year, your chance to bloom is constant.
Now is the time to take your power back, accept your imperfections, and nurture the seeds of change that have been planted in your heart. Trust in the process of your growth and embrace every moment of transformation. May this Easter inspire you to embrace the future with hope, joy, and strength, knowing that each day brings new opportunities for personal renewal.
Wishing you peace, growth, and the courage to bloom in your own beautiful way. 🌼🌱”

In the video, Sister Soulja’s was asked by the Breakfast Club the Question, “As her character Wnter is realizing the problem of being addicted to the struggle and hustle, what would she (Sister Souljah) want her readers to take away from her new book( Love After Midnight), knowing alot of her readers face the same struggles that Winter is against”? She answered with explaining the poem that started her book titled “ What to remember and what to forget”.

A result of twelve years of quantitative and qualitative research, Dr. DeGruy developed her theory of Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome, publishing her findings in the book "Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome – America’s Legacy of Enduring Injury and Healing”. The book addresses the residual impacts of generations of slavery and opens up the discussion of how the black community can use the strengths we have developed in the past to heal in the present.
